 Advance Scheduling: Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability.

Gift Cards: Our gift cards are sold for a specific style of massage, if you are wanting to schedule an appointment using this gift card for a different massage please let us know ahead of time. Any unused funds at the time of the appointment will be applied to your account for a future massage.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is booked. A reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your session.

New Clients: Please complete the e-mailed intake form before arriving to your first session. Once you arrive, we will discuss your goals for the session.

Our Policies and more

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to end at the scheduled time, out of respect for the next client.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be considered a no-show.

    Full session fees still apply.

  • To ensure a smooth and respectful scheduling process for all clients, Sandalwood Massage, LLC requires a valid credit card to be securely stored on file at the time of booking any massage therapy session.

    Why We Require a Credit Card

    Appointment Integrity: Reserving your session time exclusively for you means we turn away other clients. A card on file helps us honor that commitment.

    Late Cancellations & No-Shows: This policy supports our cancellation terms and helps maintain fairness for both clients and practitioners.

    Streamlined Check-Out: For your convenience, payment can be processed directly after your session using the card on file, unless you choose another method.

  • A valid credit card must be entered through our secure booking platform before your appointment is confirmed.

    Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless you opt to prepay.

    In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show, the card on file may be charged according to our cancellation policy.

  • All credit card information is encrypted and stored securely through our booking software, which complies with industry-standard PCI-DSS protocols.

    We do not have direct access to your full card details and will never share your information with third parties.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no fee.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of session cost.

    No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

  • This practice adheres to professional standards of conduct and scope of practice.

    Any behavior that violates these boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to refusal of future services.
